Side Effects: in rare cases, spots may occur for a few days or up to 6 weeks when you first start usage of TRIO Blemish. This is likely to be ‘purging’ where the vitamin A in the TRIO Blemish products causes skin cell turnover to increase and bring oil/bacteria up to the skin’s surface quicker than usual (in oily/acne prone skin).
