Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the provided address. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or repeated delivery failures, additional delivery charges may apply.

Hygiene & Sealed Goods
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or unsealed (see Refund & Return Policy). Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
